Levels of unrulinessIATA classifies unruly behavior incidents into four levels. The latest available IATA data, from 2022, indicates most disruptive passenger incidents involved non-compliance, verbal abuse and intoxication. Passengers refusing to wear masks was a contributing factor to the rise in unruly incidents during that period. Ronaldo Schemidt/AFP/Getty ImagesOf the 5,981 unruly passenger incidents reported to the FAA in 2021, 4,290 were face mask-related. “If you are a potentially unruly passenger, do you really not become unruly because you saw some zero tolerance unruly behavior video?” he questions.

Havana, Cuba CNN —As a series of welcoming cannon blasts rang out from a nearby colonial fort, the Russian navy’s training class ship Perekop sailed into Havana on Tuesday. “We are condemning, we are rejecting, the expansion of NATO towards Russia’s borders,” Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel told Russian-controlled network, RT, in a rare interview in May. He also blasted US economic sanctions on Russia, while heralding Russian “projects of cooperation and collaboration” under development in Cuba. But following the collapse of the Soviet Union, Cuba lost its main trading partner and entered a deep economic depression. Despite the high cost of the war in Ukraine and economic sanctions, Russian officials say they are committed to Cuba.

An elite brigade within Russia's military is a shadow of itself after taking huge losses in Ukraine. In many ways, the journey of the 155th reflects the larger struggles of the Russian military, which entered Ukraine expecting a quick victory but has instead suffered embarrassing setbacks. Baev said that its members are supposed to be better trained and more professional than other parts of the Russian military, which can rely on conscripts. And, as the fighting dragged and more marines died, the Russian military kept reinforcing the 155th with fresh recruits, which brought its own problems. Yet earlier this month Ukraine claimed that commanders in the brigade were refusing to fight near the city of Vuhledar.
It's still a good time to apply and get a job according to labor market data, survey results, and experts. "The best job seeker's market in over 50 years"According to Julia Pollak, chief economist at ZipRecruiter, now is a great time to find a job. "If I was a job seeker I would think this is still a job seekers' labor market," Nick Bunker, economic research director for North America at Indeed Hiring Lab, told Insider. But this is still very much a labor market that's giving lots of advantages to people who are looking for new work." Despite the strong labor market, some workers out of work or impacted by recent layoff announcements may have a hard time finding a job soon.
Oct 18 (Reuters) - Oilfield service firms are poised to deliver the strongest third quarter results in years as demand for equipment and services has risen despite supply chain snags and higher costs from inflation, according to analyst forecasts. Oil prices remain near their highest levels in about eight years, spurring more producer demand for services. The international rig count rose to 879 last month, up from 787 a year ago, according to Baker Hughes. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index (.OSX) this summer hit its highest level since March 2020, trading around $90, but has dropped to about $68.50 on fears of a recession. The oilfield sector has faced capital constraints, "supply chain issues, workforce shortages and inflation impacts," said Leslie Beyer, CEO of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council, which represents oilfield service companies.
